Q: when i click on my music app it shows a black screen

When I try to listen to my music and i click on the music app it just turns to black screen and doesnt change, i tried resetting it, turning it off, and plugging it in to itunes but none of it worked. also this phone isnt updated to iOS7 so i dont know if that has something to do with it but id really appreciate if someone could help!

    Try This...

     

    Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

     

    Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )

     

    Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

     

    Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

     

    Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

     

    Release the Buttons...
