How do I access my old pics on a new device?
I just got a new iPhone5S and would like to know how to access my photos already on iCloud from my other devices.

Photo stream photos only stay in iCloud for 30 days, even though they remain on your devices until deleted. If you sign into your iCloud account in Settings>iCloud and enable My Photo Stream you will only get photos from the last 30 days. To stream older photos to your phone, you'll have add them to a shared stream and invite yourself as a subscriber, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99.
