Q: My iPhone was stolen in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I never could find it with the app FIND MY IPHONE I have the number IMEI and I want to block the iPhone. It is a iPhone 5c white. Can you help me?

Also lost iphone 5 in Las Vegas and could never find it using Find my iphone app.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4, white color
