Problems to restore/update... SOS help

Hello buddies.

I can't "format" my iPad and iPhone. I tried using windows and my macbook pro, I have no succed. I don't know more what to do, I get the following message, it's in portuguese but I will translate:

User uploaded file

It says: There was a problem to transfer the software to your ipad. Network does not respond. Check your settings and if your network is active or try later.

This is the message I get when trying on windows, in my macbook I got the 9006 error.

I have 3 wireless network at home, and I tried using all and the main one, that is straight to the adsl modem.

Nothing happened, nothing change. All this become after the update for the last itunes.

Guys I'm about to destroy all my apple devices, so please give me some light.

PS.: the error appears after the download is basicaly completed.

Anyway

Thnaks Pablo
