iphone 4disabled Help!!

I set a passcode on my iphone 4, i forgot itso now phone is disabled now. telling me onnect to itunes but i cant connect to it as its disabled. if anyone has any help i would really appreciate it. tried a diff SIM card but no good. Thanks JIm
