Q: Change Apple ID

I want to change my rescue password to my primary password but I am not allowed in the settings. Help?

    There is NO rescue password, only rescue email account.

     

    Sign in to your account on  appleid.apple.com > manage account >  edit email adresses, either primary or rescue email and dont forget to save changes AND very important> verify emails going in the mail inboxes and following thru with verification steps send from apple.
