I set up an Apple ID with security questions - but have forgotten it all since using it initially some time ago. I am unable to re-set it since my email was used for my ID and it will not allow me to use it again. How can I start over?!@#$%

I set up an Apple ID with security questions - but have forgotten it all since using it initially some time ago. I am unable to re-set it since my email was used for my ID and it will not allow me to use it again. How can I start over?!@#$%

I am in an endless loop trying to set up a new password with my AppleID and use it for the Cloud to sync my iPhone, iMac, and MBAir.

I'm asked to reply to security questions - my answers are truthful but are not accepted. Please help me just start over - or recover what I have so I can move on with the Cloud.
