Q: visual voicemail

How do I retrieve my visual voicemail. I just updated from iphone 4 to 5S and restored using my last iphone 4 backup. When the new simcard was activated and the old deactivated I lost the visual voicemail. All I've been able to view is the current month.

Hello lisa.me,

Indeed, replacing your SIM card can cause the voicemails associated with that SIM to be deleted.

Note: Inserting a new SIM card in your iPhone may cause the existing Visual Voicemails that are saved on your iPhone to be deleted.
