Can not connect to server?
I updated my iPad and operating system iCloud keeps asking me to review Terms and Conditions, but it won't connect to server. Can you please help I want to use my newsstand.

Have you already tried to delete your account for a moment "Settings > iCloud > Delete Account" and then to set it up again.
I Thought about doing this but won't I lose everything attached to that account?

No you won't lose anything what is stored on iCloud or stored on your device.
I Tried this but a message comes up saying I will lose everything on this device and anything stored in iCloud.

Your device and iCloud will just get dsiconnected for a moment, but after you set it up again, everything will be on your device again.
