Q: How to fix "Your purchase could not be complete"

I have a problem , to buy in-app purchase , when i tap buy , and i enter my Apple ID password, an Alert Box appear..

it say : "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed"

how to fix it? :|

pls help!
