MacBook Pro 2009 very slow and extremely hot
My MacBook Pro 2009 is lately getting extremely hot and is very slow with frequent stalling. Does anyone have any idea?

You can first try to clean up all of the old system files and cache files left behind. Also, try to debloat it. I generally use an app called Detox My Mac which works really well. My mac was doing the same thing and it cleaned it up and i've had no problems since then. I made an article on it if you want to read it and get a download link.
