Jan 6, 2014 1:15 AM in response to bolmer41by King_Penguin,Presumably the rights-holders for that series in the US haven't yet granted Apple a license to sell it there, whilst the Australian rights-holders have. You can try requesting that it be added, but unless Apple are granted a license to sell it there then they can't do so : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Apr 1, 2014 2:43 PM in response to Mamaar1by varjak paw,We are all just fellow users and have no more of an idea that you do. Perhaps Showtime in the US signed an exclusive deal with a cable company or another download store. They haven't even released Season 3 on DVD in the US.
Sorry but no, you cannot use the Australian iTunes Store unless you are physically in that country and have a valid Australian-issued payment method.
Regards.

Apr 6, 2014 7:46 PM in response to varjak pawby thedistance816,Shouldn't it be possible to create an account with Australia as the region setting and use only iTunes gift cards as the payment method when setting up the account? There used to be a "none" option when account setup asked for a credit card.
