My id is not verify

When you created your Apple ID, you should receive an e-mail from Apple in the inbox for the subscribed e-mailadress. If you open the e-mail you'll see a link to verify your e-mailadress. This wil direct you to the Apple website where you have to login with your apple ID (e-mailadress) and password (you created this one in the process on creating your Apple ID).

Ok guess that's the hang up can't find her new email is it under iCloud or something?

Then expand the option How to verify the primary email address for your Apple ID. Follow the steps shown.

i had to open the email and use the scroll bar across the BOTTOM of the email to see the link to verify
