I started to download a track from iTunes and I'm not sure what I did but I only got 16seconds on any of my devices. The devices say I have 4 minutes of track. I tried to repurchase the track from iTunes but it will only let me play annd I only get 16 seconds there and in my iTunes library. Can anyone help?

This is a track that you've just bought, or one that you're downloading from iTunes Match ?
If just bought, then depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
