I tried to download some music Order ID: MJ65VW3BH7. Only one track came down (Flletwood Mac). Tried to download Planet Rock but it never downloaded so I tried a few times. Although I never got it you have billed me 6 times.

Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find the tracks, or can you download them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes Store homepage ?
For the being charged 6 times (did you click 'buy' 6 times) ? you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (and also try it if you can't download the tracks via the above) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
