Q: Can't click anything: the drop down from searching a song or album

When I search a song or album a dropdown list comes up like normal, but i can't click on anything. Nothing works. I can't click on the song to go to it, the add to up next doesn't work, nor the arrow button to select more options. Everything else about itunes appears to be functioning fine. It's just really annoying.
