can't believe apple didn't resolve this problem so long !!!

somebody hacked my account yesterday,

first, he added an additional email account to my account, (still i dont understand how my password leaked)

then he change my appleid definition, so i cant use it to send reset email to my security info email account

luckily i had an alternative appleid (account generated from me.com), and found back my password before he changed the S.I.E

i lost nearly 100 dollars
