Q: lost AirPlay icon

I installed apple TV and it was all working perfectly until I upgraded iOS to 7.0.2 and changed my WIFI router. I have rebooted the router and re-booted and reset the apple TV unit but I have lost the AirPlay icon on all my mobile devices, iPad, iPhone and IPad mini.

Any suggestions to how I get the icon back?

Nevermind any of that troubleshooting what is wrong is you need to be connected to wifi for the icon to show up and your router is probably blocking airplay so you may need to change the settings...hope this helps you

'that troubleshooting' as you put it guides the user through checking for things that might be being blocking airplay (as you put it)
