How can I find out when my icloud back ups was used. like last 3 times. its very important for me.

I am using iphone 4, I know that someone has hacked my accounts, yahoo and icloud. Now i just want to now what they have retrieved from my iphon icloud back ups and when, from what location.

can comeone help me with that please?

Then how can I remove/delete all my icloud backups ?
