I have songs on my wish list and money in my Apple ID Balance, where do I go from there? I'm lost!!!

Buy items from Wish List
Mac and PC
1. In the iTunes Store, click the Preview History icon and click Wish List.
2. Click the price next to the item you want to buy.
3. Type your Apple ID password and click Buy.
