Why am I getting Unsupported browser on my new Ipad mini?

The web you are trying to access is deficient.


What you can do is try the iCab web browser. It allows to make up ( lie ) about what computer and operating system you are using to the web site. Get icab and set your user agent to IE on a windows machine. This may or may not work. Some site are coded poorly and use un-secure technology such as ActiveX.


The site may be using flash. There are some browsers on the ipad the support flash in a limited way. I forget which. 😟
