I was charged twice for the same item bought ???

I am playing KNIGHTS AND DRAGONS and bought a package of jewels and I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR SOMETHING I ONLY ORDERED ONE OF. Is there a phone number I can use to talk to someone about this, I tried on ITUNES but spent over 1 1/2 hours going round in circles on their pages to try and get refunded HELP !!!!!!! please
