How can I unsync my gmail contacts
When I set up my gmail account, all of my contacts (number and e-mail) synced to my phone. How do I delete them?

If you do not want your contacts from Google to sync to your iPhone, then go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then select your Gmail account and toggle off contacts from syncing and they will be removed.
