Q: Cannot sync contacts only

Hello,

After the latest iTunes update to 11.1.3.8, I cannot sync Outlook 2010 contacts with my iPhone 4s.

Outlook calendar is syncing OK.

I have switched off contacts and calendar in iCloud settings in the iPhone.

I have reinstalled iTunes only. Shall I reinstall all components as stated in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 ?

The PC is running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4, Windows 7 x64

Hello magr40

You can try that and also try some of the troubleshooting in the article below to reset your sync history or see if there is any Outlook add-ins that could be conflicting with syncing.
