Why can't I purchase applecare support for my iphone5 that was bought from ATT?
You can buy AppleCare + as long as iPhone is less than 30 days from new

not online like I usually do.
when I enter the serial number, it shows standard warranty with no option to purchase exended applecare+
ok, nevermind I was missing the "+"
apparently it means different things
Then take iphone to an Apple store ,they will need to check it is not damaged if you did not purchase when new
In US and more and more countries AppleCare + replaced AppleCare
