hi lads , can anyone tell me how can i go back from ios 7.0.4 to os 6 with mini ipad?

Downgrading isn't possible. iTunes won't install iOS versions older than the latest compatible one, and if one's somehow installed anyway, Apple's servers won't activate the device afterwards.

I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums.
