I phone 4s... couldn't connect to 3g after update to ios 7.04

After update my i phone 4s to ios 7.04 i couldn't connect to 3g. when i on cellular data and data roaming phone is connected to edge network. Not changed to 3g.

But when i were using ealier version 6.04 there was an option that is "enable 3g". Therefore i could connect to 3g easily.

I have reset my net work setting also. but that is not work.

Please help me... for find 3g on my phone again...
