    Yes, but you will still be charged for the full month you are currently in.

    That depends on the plan you have.  Some allow you to cancel without an early termination penalty fee. Others don't.

     

    Your best bet is to contact AT&T and see if you can cancel your current plan. Alternatively there are some carriers that offer pay as you go plans, So you only pay when you need to have a balance to be used. Otherwise you don't need to pay.

     

    Again contact AT&T for specifics.

    All AT&T iPad plans are month-to-month, to the best of my knowledge. Other than shared data plans, they have no contracts for iPad plans that I am aware of, though things change rapidly so they may now do. Perhaps, though, you were thinking of the iPhone plans when you replied?
