Q: I haven't had service on my phone all day so my mother suggested i restart/restore it and now it won't work at all. How can i get it working again?

now that i am trying to restore it, it wont connect to my itunes and it is connecting to WIFI but it wont work still.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

If you are using a computer with Windows: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1814
