How do you create a printable booklet on Pages?

Hello Apple community.

I got the new late 2013 MacBook Pro with Retina Display for Christmas and I have to say that I'm loving it. When I bought it, the Apple representative said it came with Pages, Keynote, and Numbers and he said that these would basically replace Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I have been using Pages often and I love the layout of it. It looks so much more clean and organized compared to Microsoft Word. However, on Microsoft Word I was easily able to select an option to create a printable booklet but I can't seem to find out how to activate it and I used this feature often. I relally don't want to go back to Word, especially after using Pages for a little while. Does anyone know how to create a foldable booklet? Any help is appreciated.
