help me with vevo, its not activating on vevo.com/apple website with my code

i tying to get my vevo playlist to come up, it work the 1st time but it was take forever to load so i deactivat it on the apple tv and start agin with the code but a massage come up " That activation code isn't cooperating. Please check the code from your Apple TV screen and try again." the code is not incorrect please help im pulling my hair out.. lol
