Duplicate contacts from two accounts

Hi, I have two accounts (iCloud and Gmail) setting to show contacts in my contacts, how can I merge both acounts into one clean list? and I prefer if that would be in Gmail since I use 2 phones with the same number (Galaxy S4 and iPhone 5), iOS7 on iPhone
