why the 5s restart abnormally?

ios system is 7.0.4.

i found a question,if you follow 4 steps . your 5s will be restart abnormally.

1, turn off the screem. locked screen status,

2, Move up the camera icon to open the camera

3, Click the photo album icon(bottom left corner).

4.Move up the contest-menu and click the calculator icon #

when you compelte 4 step. your 5s will be restart abnormally..

why? bug?
