I did a migration asistant full transfer, however when I open up the notes application it is blank, and not what I had on my old mac
If I go to the library/containers/com.apple/notes etc folder on my external disc, I find the files:
NotesV1.storedata
NotesV1.storedata-shm
NotesV1.storedata-wal
Opening NotesV1.storedata-wal in textedit I see a bunch of jargon mixed in with the notes I had..so I know they are there. I tried to overwrite these files in the new notes folder, but it still comes up blank when opening. How do I get my old notes back? I am now on the newest 13 inch retina display macbook pro, I was on the 2012 macbook pro with mountain lion.
