Q: don't have credit card and am not even in USA , how to set up my iTunes ID account

I am not in USA and the country i am does not have any type of credit card , how can i setup my itunes and apple ID ? everytime i go to that it asks me my billing addresse , any help please .

If you are not in the US then you cannot use the US store - you can use the store in the country where you are.
