Q: Keychain problems

i was having problems with my keychain password so i deleted my login keychain and everything that was in it. Now when i go to KeyChain Access and click Keychain First aid and click repair. it wont/is unable to repair three things and they are shown as follows.

~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain does not appear to be a valid keychain file

Checked default keychain

Checked keychain search list

~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain does not appear to be a valid keychain file

Checked contents of ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain

Unable to open ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain (-25295)

Problems were found; you should choose the Repair option to fix them

Verification failed

however, when i chose the repair option, it doesnt fix these three things.

and it keeps popping up with the password box with everything i do everywhere else. How do i fix this?
