Q: cannot get ibooks app back on iphone

trying to get ibooks back on iphone4. shows in Icould and also in Itunes.  When I go to the store to try and download again, it shows downloaded. I've tried downloading all apps back onto phone but ibooks won't

    If it shows as downloaded in the store and you can't find it on any of your phone's homescreens, then have you tried a soft-reset of your phone to see if you can find it after your phone has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.
