Q: I made a purchase on the App Store

I made a purchase on the App Store and the item I purchase is not working I would like to get a refund for$2.99 it's for the flash player I brought today.

    Have you tried deleting the app and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Stor eapp on your device, and if it still doesn't work then you've tried contacting the developer of the app ? If you have and you haven't had a reply (if you only bought it today then you possibly won't have had a reply yet) then you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com .
