Q: Receiving repeated download errors on certain TV show content

I am receiving "download error - tap to retry" on certain episodes of TV Shows purchased on iTunes.   I repeatedly tap retry to no avail.   No other explanation is given, this only started occurring after the IOS 7 upgrade.
