Expanding files

Stucked at 50% while expanding files, tried everything but more problems appeared. I have been 4 hours trying different things, help please!

I have a Retina MBP (15-inch version) and I am trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
