Why can't I get iTunes to work on my parents' wifi network?

I am home for the holidays, and I cannot play any of my music through the cloud, or preview songs in iTunes using my parents' wifi network. I can connect to the internet through their wifi network to search using safari, and I can browse and search within the iTunes store. Nothing happens when I try to preview songs in the store, or listen to music or watch TV shows in my library, though. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on? Thanks!

Hello rhofer

If you are having issues with connecting to the iTunes Store, check out the first article for some tips and also ensure that the router at your parents home are using the recommended settings.
