Q: i was charged for a purchase that i did not order follow up number is30861120 all I want is either my chips that i was charged for or the money put backm into ,my account it was a  mistake on ur part my account is good [bank] so please just put the 99.99

i got a reply to my complaint there were no other purchases going through my bank account except for the one for 39.99 and  the 99.99  one i did do the 39.99 one but did not do the other one there is noone else in the house who touches my phone so please it was a mistake on ur part so please just put the charge for the 99.99 in my double down account because it was a mistake yesterday nothing else is wrong in my bank account except for that one thanl u wilma
