Seeking help with downloading music from external site

Ive created a music mix from a site called "Click mix" which is used by fitness professionals for legal down loads. Computers which run microsoft can download personal music mixes straight from the Click Mix site into their Itunes account however, due to Apple secuirty software, I can not do this. The music mix is sitting in my "Downloads" but I can not trabsfer it into my music libray. Can anybody help out on this?

I don't recommend that. It permanently changes the settings and makes the Mac less secure.

Instead, if it's actually an application you want to launch (I doubt it), then control click on it and choose "open." You'll get a stern warning, which you can dismiss and you'll never have issues opening it again. But you'll still be protected in the future.
