Accessing optical via network - no OS!

Hello,
I'm facing two problems. I have to reach an optical device on a PC via my lan to install an OS. How is it possible? Being new to Mac (some exp.with Linux/GUI) I have only recognised that there is some shell-like command line built in.
Is there a solution?

And: probably I have to configure the wep code for the ethernet card. (If I want a dynamic address).

Installing Mac OS X over a network connection requires a computer running Mac OS X Server, and installing Mac OS 9 through a network requires another Mac with either Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X installed and that the computer you're installing Mac OS 9 onto already has the Mac OS installed. Using FireWire Target Disk mode to install Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X requires another Mac with an usable optical drive, or in the case of Mac OS 9, that all the installation files are on the hard disk.

Other options for creating a NetBoot server are available on the Internet( one, two), but both of them already require Mac OS 9 installed, and are designed for Mac OS 9 images.
