Q: disable navigation

Hi, i have an ipad 2 that I'm using for an exhibit. I am putting one thing on it only and that is an ibooks presentation I created in ibooks author. Is there a way to use the ipad so that it uses only one app and can't go to other apps? I basically want to disable any other navigation so that the users see only the one thing I'm showing.
