trouble synching calendars to iPhone5

Hi, I have a new iPhone 5. Recently, each time I charge/sync the phone to iTunes on my iMac, I have received this error message: "iTunes could not synch calendars to the iPhone because the s sync server failed to sync the iPhone." Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
