Hello can some one please help me I have the movie Hugo on my iPad 2 and I would like to delete it but I can delete it and there is not edit button showing up on the top right so how do I delete the movie??!??

Connect iPad to iTunes, go to the Movies tab and uncheck that box for that movie. Then sync again.
Is there a cloud icon in the lower right corner of the movie image?
I have the same problem, and yes, there is an iCloud icon
If there's a cloud icon, then the movie is not on the iPad anymore. its in the cloud and as such it is not taking up room on the iPad. so there's nothing to delete.
You can go to Settings->Videos, and turn of "Show iTunes Purchases" so you don't see items that aren't really on your device.
