Oct 15, 2015 8:41 AM in response to rldursoby Phil0124,If there's a cloud icon, then the movie is not on the iPad anymore. its in the cloud and as such it is not taking up room on the iPad. so there's nothing to delete.
You can go to Settings->Videos, and turn of "Show iTunes Purchases" so you don't see items that aren't really on your device.
