iphone stuck on disclosure statement

Help! I was duped! Connected to iTunes - accepted the offer to upgrade (thinking it was upgrading itunes) and now my 4s is stuck on the disclosure statement even after hitting 'agree' for each section for the last hour!

I had no intention of upgrading until the kinks were worked out - so ******!
