Can not delete text messages from iphone5

I have an iphone 5 and I'm trying to delete some of my text messages but when I do it, my iphone got froze and not responding for a while. So I have to reset or turn-off. Here is the weird part of my iphone is turning on with the text message again, Bassically the messages are retuning even they are deleted completly...
