Q: Why doesn't my iPhone 5 have a hotspot option?

I have an iPhone 5 and when I go to Settings -> Cellular, shouldn't there be an option to activate a Mobile hotspot? I also have an iPhone 4S and it has that option there but it just seems to be lost on my iPhone 5. I tried restoring it completely but that didn't help. The iPhone 4S and 5 are both on Sprint. Is my iPhone glitched?

No, Personal Hotspot is provided by your carrier, talk to them.

Okay, I will. It just seemed odd how it used to have it on iOS 6 but now it doesn't on iOS 7.

If you are properly provision, you should have a carrier update.
